Gratuity: Gratuity to stylists is accepteed in cash, Venmo or personal check made to stylist.
Cancellation policy: Rowley: We require a credit or debit card to reserve all appointments for our hair salon services. We have a 48 hour and same day cancellation policy. We ask kindly with love (as we do understand things come up in life) that if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment to give us 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled after 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments cancelled the same day or no show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
